汪冰,博士,特聘教授(二级),博士生导师。现就职于必赢272net入口生化与分子生物学研究所。曾获国务院特贴专家,辽宁省特聘教授领军人才,辽宁省高端引进人才百人等称号。现任辽宁省细胞生物学会副理事长,辽宁省免疫学会常务理事,中国生化与分子生物学会教育委员会常务理事。被选为国家科学进步奖、长江学者、青年长江 等评审专家。2013年组建生化与分子生物学研究所,为必赢272net入口打造了与国际接轨的平台和团队。承担了“生物化学”、“生物技术制药”和“细胞分离技术”等课程。

主要科研方向
1. B细胞受体相关蛋白31(BAP31)蛋白的功能解析
首次实施了膜蛋白酵母双杂交:半分泛素膜蛋白酵母双杂交的文库构建和筛选;明确了BAP31的本质之一是内质网相关降解(ERAD)通路的蛋白;建立了BAP31首个动物模型:BAP31条件缺陷鼠,发现了多种BAP31的新功能;筛选了干扰BAP31功能的胞内抗体潜在抗肿瘤新药,并申请了专利。
2. 蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶(PTP)PEP亚家族PTPN22(PTPPEP)和PTPN18(PTP-SHCF)蛋白的功能解析
建立了首个PTPPEP酶活性缺陷型转基因鼠和条件转基因鼠动物模型。解析了PTPN18和PTPN22在免疫系统和肿瘤的发生发展中的多种功能。
